PAYMENT/RESERVATION FAQ's
Q: How do I reserve dates?
A: We require half down now to secure your dates and
the rest is due 45 days prior to arrival. At the time of final payment
we will send you arrival instructions, via e-mail.
Q: How much time do I have to send the money to secure
my dates?
A: We will tentatively black out your dates for up to
5 business days. If we have not received payment on the 5th day, the dates
will be available to anyone who may want them.
Q: What forms of payment do you take?
A: Personal Check or PayPal (accepts
all major Credit Cards) via our website.
GENERAL VILLA FAQ's
Q: Exactly where is the Villa located?
A:
We are located approximately 30 to 35 minutes from the airport. Cabo Bello,
the gated community the Villa is located in, is on the way into Cabo San
Lucas, about 5 minutes before you hit the main part of town. We are located
in a prime location close to: Popular golf courses, ideal surfing & snorkeling
spots, and all major shopping areas. Cabo Bello is located on the water
side of the main highway. Your view from the every room in the Villa will
be of Cabo's famous El Arco Arch and the beautiful beaches of downtown Cabo.
Q: Can you swim at the private beach?
A:
Yes. The private beach of Cabo Bello is on the Sea of Cortez side. The inlet
is safe for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and fishing. The Pacific side,
which is located just on the other side of Cabo, is not safe for swimming
because of the strong undertow.
Q: How close is the beach?
A: The community's beach is just a 5 minute walk down the
road. It's a very safe and manageable walk. The beach is virtually deserted
and most of the time you'll be the only ones there! We provide two sets
of snorkel gear, beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella.

How close to town are you?

Q: What time do you have to check out by?
A:
We are pretty flexible with check out times. If we have a guest arriving
on your day of departure, we do ask that you check out by 11am. If not,
then check out time is by 3pm.
Q: Is the pool heated?
A:
In the winter months (November through April) the pool is heated. During
the months of May through October there is no need for the pool heater and
the average temp of the pool is 80 degrees.
Q: Does the
Villa have air conditioning?
A: Yes, the entire Villa is air conditioned. The living room and all three bedroom have
air conditioners as well as ceiling fans.
Q: How do I get from the airport to the Villa?
A: There are three modes of transportation, rental car, shuttle, or taxi. |
